- Chris' blue Christ jitsu GI represents Christ' energy and strength by which the universal life-force comes through. When the Christ jitsu Grand Master awarded this GI to Chris, he was left with these words: "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)

- Chris is noted for his determination and is always ready to clown around. He gets to where he is going, not because he is exceptionally clever, but because he will not be distracted from his goals.
Chris isn't interested in taking unnecessary risks that can put his solid footing in jeopardy.
Comfortable living and training space is important to Chris, along with cool workout gear, clothing, food and music. ( This creates some funny moments during his Christ jitsu training in the Judean Wilderness)
Chris's strength, endurance, agility, speed, reflexes, and durability are at the highest limits of natural human potential.
The power of the Holy Spirit controls all of his metabolic functions and prevents the build-up of fatigue poisons in his muscles, giving him endurance far in excess of an ordinary human being.
This accounts for many of his extraordinary feats, including bench pressing 1100 pounds (500kg).
Chris' reflexes and senses are also extraordinarily keen. He is a master of multiple martial arts.
